So to begin with you have to make sure that you lift extremely heavy weights to failure so you can maximize your testosterone which will automatically bring down your levels of estrogen. And never forget that you also have to eat a significant amount of healthy dietary fat if you want to maximize your ability to secrete more testosterone in a shorter amount of time. Otherwise, you are not going to get fast results.
